Now there's an exclusive Canada-only version of the 2019 Honda Pilot called the Black Edition, and we're downright in love. One look at the Black Edition and this will be the Honda Pilot Toronto drivers will be seeing in their dreams. But this is real -- you can buy it now at Lakeshore Honda. So call our Sales team at (866) 981-9067 to schedule a test drive, or swing by and visit us today at our showroom in Etobicoke, Toronto and check it out for yourself.

Black Edition Special Features

The 2019 Honda Pilot Black Edition builds on the 7-passenger Pilot Touring edition to elevate an already terrific sport utility vehicle into new heights of style and luxury. True to its name, the Pilot sports black 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, black roof rails, black door handles, and a gloss black front grille. The result is a stunning SUV with an appearance that overshadows anything else on the road. In the interior, you'll find Black Edition emblems and floor mats along with red contrast stitching. Red ambient interior lighting creates an exquisitely atmospheric passenger cabin at night.

Power to Match Its Looks

The 2019 Honda Pilot Black Edition sports a 3.5-litre i-VTEC V6 engine with 24 valves, direct injection, and Honda's Variable Cylinder Management. This powerplant generates 280 hp and 262 lb.-ft of torque, all channelled through a 9-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters for those times when you want to shift for yourself. Honda's Intelligent Variable Torque Management all-wheel-drive system (i-VTM4) combines with its Intelligent Traction Management System to get you where you need to go, no matter what the weather or road conditions. When equipped with a towing package, the Pilot can tow up to 2,268 kg (5,000 lbs.), and yet with its engine idle-stop feature, it achieves 9.3 L/100 km combined city/highway fuel economy.

Interior Luxury

Of course, every feature that's available on other trim levels of the Pilot is standard on the Black Edition. Its leather front and second-row seats are heated and the front row seats are ventilated for cooling on hot days. The driver's seat features 10-way power adjustment. The front passenger seat has 4-way power adjustment. The second-row captain's chairs slide and recline. A tri-zone automatic climate control keeps passengers in all three rows comfortable. Backseat passengers enjoy a 10.2-inch Advanced Rear Entertainment System with Blu-ray player and embedded streaming. Or everyone can listen to the 600-watt, 11-speaker premium sound system with subwoofer and Surround Sound 5.1.

The Black Edition is a showcase for Honda technology. The 8-inch Display Audio System includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and satellite navigation. There's a 7-inch Colour TFT display that provides a Driver Information Interface. Honda's remarkable CabinTalk PA system lets you address second- and third-row passengers through the stereo speakers or their headphones. The Pilot is even a rolling AT&T Wi-Fi hotspot. Plus it includes the full suite of Honda Safety technology including Forward Collision Warning, a Collision Braking Mitigation System, Lane Keeping Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and blind spot monitoring with rear cross traffic monitoring.
